What do you get when you combine horses, skiing and cheese? Skijordue, of course. The perfect sport for Calgarians, Skijor features a horse and rider pulling a skier behind them to perform athletic stunts, tricks and race. Watch from the lounge patio while enjoying treats like poutine, bratwurst sausage and fondue (plus craft beer and cocktails).
