Retired Thoroughbred racehorses are an excellent choice for equestrians of all levels and can be extremely successful in post racing careers. 

With the right training and conditioning, Thoroughbreds can take on a variety of new roles such as show horses, trail horses, polo, barrel racing, eventers, or even therapy horses. It takes time and effort to help an OTTB transition into these new roles but it is well worth it when you see them thriving in their new job. By giving OTTBs a second career we are able to keep them happy and healthy for years to come!
