Highfield-bred Muskoka Summer broke her maiden in an impressive wire to wire race at Woodbine on November 19, 2022.
Muskoka Summer is by former Highfield owned War Correspondent, and out of longtime broodmare band member Ennis Lady. The 3-year-old chestnut filly has had a solid season with a win, three seconds and a third place finish at Woodbine. She won her Maiden Optional Claiming race on Sunday by 2 1/4 lengths, under an easy ride from jockey Daisuke Fukumoto.
