Jennifer Buck, Farm Manager
Jennifer has been the farm Manager at Highfield since 2013. She provides her expertise in all aspects of our equine business. From breeding, foaling, mating, Yearling sales preparation, and starting yearlings, she is an integral part of the Highfield farm operation. Her passion for Thoroughbred horses shines through each Highfield horse.
She was born in Ontario, grew up in Newfoundland and Connecticut but mainly raised in Alberta and studied Performing Arts/English Literature at Mount Royal. She started in the thoroughbred industry in 1988. Prior to Highfield, she worked polo horses and played at the Calgary Polo Club and also worked as a professional fly-fishing guide on the famous Bow River.
Besides her passion for Thoroughbred horses, she enjoys running, cycling, fishing and going to the races!
